Through hands-on learning, attendees will develop essential job search skills, including résumé and cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview techniques, and networking strategies. The workshop also focuses on career planning and implementation, guiding participants in creating a structured action plan to enter the workforce. Additionally, attendees will engage in *self-discovery exercises, using the Values in Action (VIA) Assessment to identify personal strengths and build a professional brand.
